Arkansas

Arkansas (är'kunsô", ärkăn'zŭs) [key], state in the south-central United States. It is bordered by Tennessee and Mississippi, across the Mississippi R. (E), Louisiana (S), Texas and Oklahoma (W), and Missouri (N).
